We mill the powder and keep this catalog, but we take no payment and hold no stock here. Every purchase and return happens through the retail partner listing where you placed the buy.

Where to start a return

A return begins on the account or listing where the powder was bought. Because this site is only a catalog, there is no way to accept a jar back here, print a label, or look up a purchase.

Open the order history on the site where you bought the powder to find the return option. That seller manages the entire process from the moment a jar is bought to when it is sent back.

Terms belong to the seller

Each retail partner sets its own rules for returns, return windows, and whether opened jars are accepted. Loose powder is often handled differently once the seal is broken on the jar.

Check the terms on the specific listing before sending anything back. We cannot state or alter those conditions from here, as the retail partner handles every detail of the transaction.

Telling the jars apart before buying

Jars look alike at a glance, so checking the size and code prevents mistakes. The 1935 classic talc formula comes in the 2.3 oz jar, while the talc-free formula from 2022 is in the 1.2 oz jar.

Look for the shade code on the jar to match what you want: Translucent 24, Translucent Extra Coverage 41, Naturally Neutral 11, or Honey Beige 32. Reading the code ensures you get the right finish.
